Who is behind this website?

I’m a web developer and designer with a strong technical foundation: a Diploma in Engineering in Instrumentation and Process Control Technology from Khulna Polytechnic Institute, followed by years of hands-on work building websites, web applications and e-commerce stores for real businesses. That engineering mindset still shapes everything I build: understand the system, build it properly, test it, and make it reliable.

Today I work as a Senior Web Developer at KodeSolution, where I build client-facing and commercial web products across many different niches. As a WordPress and Shopify developer, I take a project from first sketch to launch — handling the design that visitors actually see and the code that keeps a site fast, secure and easy to maintain. Over the years I’ve developed a deep specialisation in these two platforms, which is where I can deliver the most value.

How I approach a project

Every build starts with understanding what the business actually needs, not just what the brief says. I map out the pages, the user journey and the content model first, then design and develop against that plan. Along the way I keep clients involved with short, clear updates rather than long silences, and I test thoroughly on real devices before anything goes live.

Because I work with both WordPress and Shopify every day, I can usually tell you early whether a requirement is a small change or a substantial piece of work — and what the trade-offs are. I would rather give you an honest estimate up front than a surprise at the end.

Beyond the code

Good websites are as much about clarity and structure as they are about code. I spend a lot of time on performance budgets, accessibility, sensible information architecture and on-site SEO, because those are the things that decide whether a site actually earns traffic once it launches.
